Justin Flanagan – “Is light blue the color of money?”

Prior to beginning his career in real estate, he spent virtually fifteen years in the automotive industry in each of the sales and management positions. His last position prior to leaving the automotive field was as the Internet Sales Manager for Westside Lexus in which he was accountable for overseeing the growth and enlargement of the Internet Department. During his occupation in the automotive business sector Justin kept up an exceptionally high customer satisfaction index and maintained constant follow up with his clientele which helped to create a major referral business.
In 2007, Justin Flanagan departed the automotive business and went into real estate along with his mother-in-law, a long-time top producer, and jointly they became equal partners in The Houston Texas Team. Following her mentorship he swiftly became intrigued by the endless possibilities real estate supplied and grew into a top producer himself. In 2009 he embarked on further pursuing those opportunities and Topmark Realty was established. Since its birth, and continuing today under Keller Williams Realty, Topmark is frequently recognized as a top producing Keller Williams business in both gross volume and overall transactions. Topmark Realty has at the same time earned recognition from The Houston Business Journal and the Wall Street Business Journal, proving that Justin’s mentorship continues to take them in the right direction!
