Justin Flanagan – “Is light brown the color of money?”

Before starting his career in real estate, he spent close to fifteen years in the automotive industry in both the sales and management positions. His very last job before leaving the automotive field was as the Internet Sales Manager for Westside Lexus in which he was responsible for overseeing the development and increase of the Internet Department. During his tenure in the automotive industry Justin retained an extremely high customer satisfaction index and maintained consistent follow up with his clientele which helped to establish a significant referral business.
In 2007, Justin Flanagan left the automotive business sector and entered real estate together with his mother-in-law, a long-time top producer, and together they became equal partners in The Houston Texas Team. Under her mentorship he promptly became intrigued by the endless possibilities real estate offered and developed into a top producer himself. In 2009 he set about further pursuing those possibilities and Topmark Realty was started. Ever since its birth, and continuing today as part of Keller Williams Realty, Topmark is repeatedly recognized as a top producing Keller Williams business in both gross volume and total transactions. Topmark Realty has even earned recognition from The Houston Business Journal and the Wall Street Business Journal, displaying that Justin’s mentorship continues to take them in the right direction!
